Director’s Message

Are we imparting meaningful education to our children in our schools? Are we leading them to the right direction to what they want to become? If these two questions are put to the educationists, parents and teachers probably and consciously we would not be getting the positive reply. That means something is lacking today or something is knowingly neglected by all of us who are engaged in learning and teaching in educational institutions. The present day schooling help children only to learn to become consumers in the market economy and do not help them to become good citizens in the true sense to help in nation building and above all a human being. In order to cope with the rapidity with which knowledge itself changes, today’s student must seek to achieve academic excellence. But academic excellence is more than just making good grades. It is the maximum development of your intellectual capacities and skills in service to humanity. Excellence connotes the quality of being very good, distinguished and outstanding. In short achieving academic success is a lot of hard work, there’s no way around it. They should use their knowledge ethically, promoting universal values like sincerity, integrity, honesty, reciprocity, and compassion . Schools of today need to concentrate on the above facts of teaching and learning shaping them good, useful and responsible citizens of tomorrow.
